Customized & Made-to-Order Products
All items are made-to-order, thus we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to review all refund or remake requests. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, we will gladly make it right.
What We Require
To process any request, we’ll need photos or a short video clearly showing the issue.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays caused by the carrier will be reviewed case-by-case.
International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs. Delays during busy seasons are common and beyond our control.
